However, that is exactly how it is designed to function. The problem is when one lacks the self control and the EGO isn’t doing its job! Thus it is okay to flex your manhood and ignore the SUPEREGO because no one is perfect. So deciding to Boss up and protect what’s yours is an over compensation of the ID. I recently lost a friend (last week) to gun violence and it is worthless. At the end of all the phone calls and angry expressions of disgust your wife still lays next to you ever night. Her left hand will still shine when she picks up the phone to speak to the ex and he will most likely remain the ex. So although ones ego may be rattled, the most important things in life are still intact. Illiteracy goes hand and hand with ignorance…but so does violence. Negative thinking…don’t waist your thoughts, verbal conflict is a waist of words, physical conflict is a waist of flesh and unconditional love is scarce! Ask Damian! The ID is indeed selfish!
